LOMBOK TIMUR, Suaraselaparang.com – Pemerintahan Prabowo memulai tahun pertama pemerintahannya dengan kebijakan kontroversi yakni pemangkasan anggaran masif senilai Rp 306,69 triliun. Melalui Inpres No.1/2025.
Langkah tersebut disinyalir untuk mendukung program unggulan seperti Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dan bantuan sosial, skala pemotongan yang drastis ini menimbulkan tanda tanya tentang dampaknya pada kinerja pemerintahan.
Kabupaten Lombok Timur sendiri dalam efesiensi tersebut dipotong sebesar 73 miliyar yang bersumber dari Dana Alokasi Umum ( DAU ) yang diarahkan bidang infrastruktur, termasuk DAK Fisik yang semula diperuntukkan untuk Irigasi dan jalan termasuk juga pada Dinas Kelautan.
Demikian diutarakan Plh Sekretaris Daerah Lotim yang sekaligus Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah ( BPKAD ) H. Hasni Rabu ( 12/02/2025 ).
“Lombok Timur sendiri seperti yang disampaikan pak pj di efsiensi sebesar 73 miliyar yang semula untuk infrastruktur yang bersumber dari DAU yang diarahkan hingga DAK Fisik,”jelasnya
Sementara untuk menindaklanjuti Inpres no:1/2025 Pemda Lotim juga mengefesiensi beberapa kegiatan seperti perjalanan Dinas sekitar 80 miliyar serta pengadaan kendaraan baik di Bagian Umum maupun Sekretariat Daerah untuk program strategis nasional yaitu Makan Bergizi Gratis.
“Pemda Lotim juga menindaklanjuti Inpres tersebut, imbasnya beberapa kegiatan seperti pengadaan Kendaraan Dinas maupun Mobil tamu di bagian umum ditiadakan hal tersebut semata-mata untuk mensukseskan Program MBG,”Ujar Hasni.
Kendati demikian beberapa proyek strategis Daerah tetap akan dilaksanakan tentunya mengacu pada Visi dan Misi Bupati Terpilih, seperti halnya pemberian paket Lebaran untuk masyarakat.
“Masyarakat Tak perlu cemas beberapa program strategis Daerah tetap dijalankan sesuai dengan visi misi Bupati, terdekat pemberian paket Lebaran tetap akan dijalankan,”bebernya.
Sedangkan untuk menyikapi dampak cuaca ekstrem Pemda Lotim juga sudah melakukan langkah-langkah strategis dengan menyiapkan Dana Tak Terduga ( DTT ) yang diperuntukkan kepada 4 OPD yang bersentuhan langsung dengan Kebencanaan seperti BPBD, DLH, DAMKARMAT dan Perhubungan.
“Untuk Kebencanaan Pemda juga sudah menyiapkan DTT, BPBD sudah mengajukan untuk operasional, tentu Pemerintah Daerah akan mendukung penuh setiap Dampak dari cuaca ekstrem,”pungkas Hasni.
